We will contact your current agent and arrange to pick up the keys and paperwork as soon as possible. We maybe required to give them a notice period but they cannot make this any longer than 30 days under QLD legislation.

Once collected we will perform an audit of the files and arrange any tidying up of the files that is required and complete a full condition report of the property.

Most importantly we will contact and assure your tenant that they will be looked after by a dedicated team of professional property managers - We will make the process for you tenant as easy as possible, if you are not happy with the service you are currently receiving they are most likely not happy either.
